Michael Fenech

Michael entered the property market himself in 1998. From there he developed a thirst to learn about and implement many different types of property strategies, from vendor financing, options and creating second mortgages just to name a few. Through his first hand experience with property, it became quite obvious that there was only one way to make money out of property. Together with his business partner he has developed a reputation for helping people with their property investing. From creating a strategy for a client, to negotiating a purchase, Michael can impart the right knowledge to his clients about what truly works when looking to build wealth in property.
